FILM EQUITY

Being Cinema is a work of presence, listening, observation, and connection. Every film is a state of necessity that binds authors and producers to the stories: a sentimental relationship with the possibility that these stories will live on and influence reality.

Filmmaking creates the conditions for an idea to exist, for a unique perspective on reality or a stance on the imagination to be capable of changing the world, one scene at a time.
We decided to imagine and give shape to a system for sharing ideas that would allow films to belong to the viewers. We realized, probably driven by a utopian vision that actually seems perfectly rational to us, that the vertical model that governs production choices is unsustainable and that every honest story has an audience waiting for it: an audience willing to make it visible for themselves and others, because that story is indispensable to them.
This is why we are building a small private equity fund for each of our productions: a quota system that allows us to participate in the risk capital of films, transparently and passionately.
Purchasing a share initiates the contractual formalization process: you'll receive a dedicated contract with the complete terms and, before signing, you can confirm or withdraw within the indicated timeframe.

ECONOMIC TERMS

The financial terms are based on the "first money back" principle, meaning the first proceeds are dedicated to rewarding those who believed in the project. For us, being a filmmaker means taking responsibility for a work and its journey, all the way to the audience. Perhaps an audience that owns the work.
