Project participation fee

This fee allows you to participate in the venture capital of the film project The Lunch , produced by White Box Studio.
Participation is regulated by private agreement and concerns the entire cycle of economic exploitation of the work.

Essential terms of participation

By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer fully accepts the following terms:

1. The share represents a participation in the risk capital of the indicated film project.

2. The buyer has the right to participate in the proceeds generated by the exploitation of the work in proportion to the share acquired.

3. Proceeds are primarily used to repay the invested capital (first money back), until the invested sums are fully recovered. Only then are any profits distributed.

4. Participation is valid for the entire economic exploitation cycle of the work.

5. Artistic, production and distribution choices remain the exclusive responsibility of the producer.

6. Following your purchase, White Box Studio will send you the participation agreement containing the complete terms of the agreement.

7. The buyer can withdraw within 7 days of receiving the contract, before signing, with a full refund via Shopify.

8. Signing the contract makes participation definitive and excludes any further right of withdrawal or refund.

9. Participation does not constitute a financial product or an offer of investment instruments to the public.

By proceeding with payment, the buyer declares that he has read, understood and fully accepted these terms.
